Return policy
To be entitled to a return, the item must be in the exact condition, the same way the customer received it and must be in its original packaging.
Customers requesting for return must submit their request within 15 business days after receipt of an order.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
REFUND IS ONLY PERMITTED ON REGULAR PRICED ITEMS, ABSOLUTELY, NO REFUND IS ALLOWED ON SALE ITEMS.

Return Shipping Cost
Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Refundable Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for paying for any shipping fees in either way with exception to an item that is re-shipped due to damages on our part.
Exchange Policy
No exchanges are allowed. However, customers whose item(s) gets damaged due to our error can request for a replacement for the exact item ordered upon receipt of the damaged item. We will issue credit for the purchased amount in situations whereby the returned item is out of stock.
International Order Policy
BeOutrageous.store is not responsible for any limitations, duties, taxes and any other fees or whatsoever from any country. It is the customer’s responsibility to check any restriction before placing an order.
Order cancellation
Please be advised that you are allowed to cancel an order during processing time. No cancellation is allowed once we ship an order. Also, customers must pay attention to the delivery time before completing an order, any cancellation due to late delivery will delay your refund.
